We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made our website, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more details below, in order to see the conditions that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedures.
If you are unhappy with the products that you have purchased from us, please let us know. Our Returns & Refunds policy gives you 14 days to return or exchange an article purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try in the first 3 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any labels, free gifts, and documentation that shipped with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned articles is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned article. We will also inform you if your refund has approved or refused.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied o your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

• Any articles that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our errors; and
• Any articles returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refund (if applicable)

Final sale items
We do not offer refunds for final sale items, unless they are defective.

Gifts
If the articles were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the article is returned, a gift certificate will be sent to you by post.
Of the articles wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the customer has had the order shipped to you later, we will send a refund to the customer and he will be informed of your return.
Shipping
To return your products, please mail it to the following address: for IMPEX FOODS SOUTH LTD 4 PINDAR ROAD HODDESDON EN11 0BZ & FOR IMPEX FOODS MIDLANDS Unit 3, 149 Glaisdale Drive West, Bilborough, Nottingham - NG8 4GY with your contact details and the reason for your return.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your article, unless the articles are defective. Shipping cost are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from you refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Right of cancellation
If the goods are delivered in several instalments, the period shall be 14 calendar days from the receipt of the last payment day.
To exercise your right to cancel the contract you must request a refund in writing within 14 calendar days of receipt of the articles. The refunds will include all standard delivery charges paid. Email us on returns@ipexfoods.co.uk and attach the details of the items. We will refund you the price paid for the articles and (unless you have not paid for delivery) the delivery charges you have paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery.
